Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026

This Return & Refund Policy applies to every purchase made through Thrive Shelf. Because everything we sell is a digital product, please read it carefully before you buy.

All sales are final

Thrive Shelf sells digital e-books and guides that are delivered instantly as downloadable files (PDF and ePub). Once your order is confirmed and the download is made available to you, the product has been delivered in full. For this reason all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.

There is nothing to ship back to us, and we have no way to confirm that downloaded files have been deleted, so we cannot accept a “return” of digital content.

Immediate access and your right to cancel

By completing your purchase you ask us to make the files available to you immediately, and you acknowledge that where a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period would otherwise apply to digital content, that right ends once the download is made available. If the law in your country or region gives you a withdrawal right that cannot be waived, that right still applies — see “Your statutory rights” below.

If something is wrong with your order

We want you to be able to actually read what you bought. Contact us and we will make it right if:

  • your download link or file does not work, is corrupted, or will not open;
  • you were charged more than once for the same order;
  • you received the wrong product; or
  • the product is not substantially as described on its product page.

In these cases we will first work with you to deliver a working file or the correct product. If we are unable to get you a usable copy of what you paid for, we will refund that item to your original payment method.

Please reach out within 14 days of your purchase and include your order number and a short description of the problem (screenshots help).

Before you open a dispute

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We can almost always resolve download and billing issues quickly and directly.

How to contact us

Email us at xxx or use our contact page. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region that cannot be waived by agreement. Where those rights apply, they operate alongside this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that order.
